Colin Dempsey is a Senior Engineer at Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute (SEI). He is the Principal Investigator for the Foundations for Model-Based Systems Engineering Grand Integration applied research project that focuses on enhancing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) patterns for defense system lifecycles.
His expertise is on the practical application of MBSE methodologies to facilitate the design, development, and analysis of software-intensive systems for the Department of War (DoW).
